According to the Ministry of Public Health, 44 new cases of Covid-19 would have been confirmed in Haiti within 24 hours, the day before (+12), for a total of 7,468 cases throughout the national territory (41.3% of women and 58.7% men) from the first case (March 19, 2020 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-30319-haiti-health-origin-of-the-first-2-cases-of-covid-19-in-haiti.html ).

Deaths : 4 new deaths were recorded, 3 in the West Department and 1 in the North Department, bringing the national total to 165.

Healings : 4,606 people (unchanged in 24 hours), previous (+139 in 72 hours)

Active cases : (minus deaths and recoveries) 2,697 cases (+40 in 24 hours), previous (-127)

Suspected cases investigated since March 19 : 18,540 cases (+100 in 24 hours), previous (+266)
