Taking advantage of this event, Frantz Lerebours, the Spokesman of the PNH, has requested the cooperation of the people and various sectors to accompany the PNH [effective of 9,000 men] in its work explaining "what is happening in Haiti in terms of crime is also a consequence of what happens elsewhere in terms of financial crime, violent crime... [...] We are satisfied to be able to keep a balance in society, [...] from 2004 to today, is a very important passage in the life of the PNH, which had even put its existence in question in 2004, remember... A set of activities are planned to commemorate this anniversary. A delegation from the New York Police Department is arrived on Saturday morning in Port-au-Prince.
