He was replaced by Presidential Order dated January 22, 2020 by Me Rockefeller Vincent, originally from Cap-Haitien According to Prime Minister Lapin, this decision taken in agreement with President Moïse was due to clashes between the ULCC and the Prosecutor's Office.
