In addition, the Director of electoral operations has announced a series of changes that will be made in the system, concerning the supervisors and electoral agents who were involved in fraud in recent elections.

Recall that, the electoral campaign for the second round of elections in these three constituencies, has began Monday, May 9, 2011 and will end on May 27.
