It took no less than 8 months for Denis Pierre Michel to appreciate this affair, which he describes as complex. He had to analyze more than 300 pieces without counting the many requests and exceptions made, before writing in his soul and conscience and within the framework of a law, the reasons for his decisions. In his 72-page order, the Magistrate sentences Clifford H. Brandt and his accomplices Edner Comé, Ricot Pierre-Val to 20 years imprisonment and Carlo Bendel Saint-Fort to 17 years of forced labor.

The Magistrate, specifies in his order that Clifford H. Brandt for his confirmed involvement in the kidnapping and sequestration of children Moscoso, is sentenced to 17 years of forced labor and 3 years of imprisonment.

The accused Ricot Pierre-Val is sentenced to 15 years of forced labor for kidnapping followed by sequestration , 2 years for usurping the function of a traffic officer and 3 years imprisonment.

Having already spent 7 years behind bars Clifford Brandt, benefit from the law Lespinasse, will have to remain another 13 years in prison.

However, the convicts are considering a cassation appeal to challenge these verdicts...
