The Senate Bureau endorses and proclaims the position of the majority of its senators who condemn any approach to the non-permanence of the Senate as long as the constitution of March 29, 1987 is still in force

Carl Murat Cantave invites each other to recoverthemselves and get rid of any inclination to undermine the foundations of republican institutions and to tarnish the image of democracy that the Haitian people already have so much trouble experimenting.
