The Technical Secretariat of Organization of the General Sectoral States of the Nation (EGSN) published the results of the work carried out within the framework of its mission, concerning the data collected from the representatives and leaders of more than 600 organized groups of the Nation.

Barriers to political, economic and socio-cultural governance were discussed in sectoral meetings, five departmental forums (North, North-West, North-East, South-East, Nippes), a national preparatory forum for Arcahaie and 1 diaspora forum (Europe/Africa). This preparatory work brought together a total of several thousand participants.

The main obstacles : incompatibility between certain outdated rules and those in force defined by the Constitution, the treaties and conventions of which Haiti is part which govern the relations in the political, economic and socio-cultural sectors.

Pending the organization of a session of public restitution, the Technical Secretariat published its report "Political, economic and socio-cultural governance diagnosis and prospects for reforms"
