Following to a conference on January 15th of Margareth Fortuné, the Director General of the Haitian State Lottery (LEH) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-26685-haiti-economy-nearly-70-of-borlette-tenants-refuse-to-pay-their-royalties.html the LEH, decided to act after a long period of futile discussions...

Through its coordination, the LEH has closed 4 Borlettes banks and of games of chance and seized in the presence of the Justice of the Peace and police, several machines to sales borlettes games, and false authorizations granted by the National Association of Tenanciers of Borlette (ANTB).

Banks that have been closed are : "Polo Loto, Père Éternel, La Confiance and Jojo Loto". The LEH invites tenants who are not in good standing with the State Lottery, to pay their authorization to work legally, recalling that the State must meet the needs of its policy by imposing taxes.
