Haiti - Elections : The tabulation is completed, the die is cast

Sunday, April 3 at 11:30pm there were only 28 minutes in treatment and 98.92% of treatment was finished (in database). 0.95% or 253 minutes are never arrived at the Tabulation Center and are part of the unsolved mysteries to date...
