Since December 10, 2018, it is possible to apply to the Espace Campus France in Haiti "Studies in France" (fully digitized procedure)

Until February 1, 2019 for the first year of License (Pre-Admission Application / DAP);

Until March 20, 2019 for all other levels (Consult the calendar on the site).

This procedure is now paying (5,800 HTG).

NOTE : Starting in September 2019, non-European students who register for the first time in a higher education program at the university in France will have to pay an annual registration fee : 2,770 Euros in license and 3,770 Euros in master and doctorate.

Create your account online on the site : www.pastel.diplomatie.gouv.fr/etudesenfrance/dyn/public/authentification/login.html

Click on "Je m’inscris" and select "Campus France Haiti" from the drop-down menu.

To fill in your personal information at this stage, you must have :

• ID card (passport, ID card)

• From a recent passport photo

• A valid email address to receive the confirmation email as well as your file number which you will have to keep.

How to fill in your file :

• To complete the rest of your file, you will need to have scanned (scanned):

• Your ID;

• Your last transcripts and / or diplomas;

• A recent passport photo;

• Your resume.

Then select the establishments you want "pre-register" and write a cover letter for each chosen institution.

Submit your application online and pay the processing fee :

After having verified that your file is complete and correct, submit your file online.

A processing fee of 5,800 HTG will then be paid by the French Institute of Haiti (IFH). You will be notified by email when you have to pay this amount.

When these fees are paid, Espace Campus France will check your file for validation.

Warning : If your file is incomplete, it will not be validated and will be returned to you.

Pedagogical Interview :

All the candidates whose files have been validated by Espace Campus France will be received in pedagogical interview. The presentation of the study project at Campus France is a very important step. This interview gives you the opportunity to present your personal project, to explain your choices and motivations. Prepare in advance all the documents you will have to present.

You will be summoned to this educational interview by email (day, time and place).

After the pedagogical interview, your file will be sent directly to the selected institutions electronically.

Validation and editing of pre-registration :

The institutions will analyze your file between March and June 2019.

• After receiving an acceptance from an establishment, register your final choice on your Etudes en France account;

• Download your final pre-registration certificate;

• Then have your certificate stamped at Campus France so that it is valid.

NOTE : In case I do not receive a positive response from an institution, the procedure stops at this step.

Visa Application :

Take the steps to obtain your visa and benefit from the half-price. Campus France is not in charge of the visa part, this part is independent and must be treated separately by the French Consulate.

Attention : An acceptance in an establishment does not mean an automatic obtaining of the visa. Your file must meet the requirements (financial guarantees, housing, etc...)
