President Jovenel Moïse explained that he did not have the chance of these young entrepreneurs to find the support of the State to establish his first business "This chance, I had never had in my youth. As President, I bring you this opportunity in each of your respective communes."

In his speech, Ronell Gilles extolled the merits of this program that brings opportunities to young people across the country and takes into account one of the major problems of youth, which is access to credits emphasizing that companies retained in the program are financed over a period of 10 years with a year of grace, at the preferential rate of 3% per annum and recalling that the economic development of Haiti is linked to the emergence of an innovative entrepreneurial culture with a strong involvement of young people.
