More than four hours after the official opening, the polling stations of Lycée Jean Jacques, ONA champs de Mars and Lycée carrefour feuille are not yet open...

In Saint Louis du Sud [Cayes] the members of a polling station took advantage of the absence of supervisor to force people to vote for their candidate.

At 11:00 this morning, the voting operations at the Stade Sylvio Cator, had still not started.
