We are advised that the Minustah has just arrived with the kits to begin the voting process in Argentine Bellegarde with 2 hours late... First fraud reported : at the Institution Mixte Martinese Algace, a voter has voted with the electoral card of another person... At polling stations of the Lycée Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the sensitive material received election date of June 2009 according to officials ! Les Cayes: 2nd section, the poling stations have opened with a few minutes late. At the polling station of the 'Ecole Nationale de Laborde everything works in all 11 pollling stations of the voting center. No ballot box for the ballots of the deputies at the Ecole Nationale de frères. In Thomassin people still waiting to start voting, some materials are missing. In Mirebalais, "hot" area the situation is calm, no irregularity reported the vote started at 6:00am. HL/ HaitiLibre
