Aerial piracy exercise

The National Airport Authority (AAN) informs that Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 10:00 am will take place, a large-scale simulation exercise, of air piracy. This exercise, which is generally held every two years, is intended to verify the degree of preparation and response capacity of the NAA and the entities concerned in the event of a real emergency at the Toussaint-Louverture International Airport.

Les Cayes : 93 irrigation pumps for farmers

As part of the Strengthening Agricultural Public Services project (RESEPAG II), the Ministry of the Environment announces the delivery of two motorcycles to agronomists responsible for the agricultural offices of Cavaillon and Maniche to facilitate their travel to farmers, as well as the the distribution of 93 irrigation pumps to farmers in Les Cayes, Cavaillon and Maniche currently in the premises of the Departmental Department of Agriculture South.

Election at CSC/CA

The Council of the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Disputes (CSC / CA) informs that following the elections organized on September 19, within the Court, for the renewal of the office, the advisers Pierre Volmar Démesyeux and Rogavil Boisguéné were respectively elected President and Vice-President of the Court for a one-year term. The two members of the new office will take office on the first Monday of October coinciding with the reopening of the administrative court.

Mapathon

Saturday, September 22, the International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF) in partnership with "Open Street Map" (OSM) Haiti, organizes Saturday, September 22 a "Mapathon" (collective workshop of creation of free geographical data in the database of OSM). As part of "Mapathon" a group of learners who have been trained for 5 days will meet all day to create free geographic data in the OSM database on spaces of interest to the OSM community of the island.

PoliTour : visit of the new Minister of Tourism
