Details on the school fees of 1,000 gourdes

According to a note from the Minister of National Education, the school fees for the academic year 2018-2019 in public schools for the third cycle of basic and secondary are set at 1000 gourdes payable : 50% at the start of the school year, 25% at the beginning of the 2nd quarter and 25% at the beginning of the 3rd quarter. No fees for 1st year to 6th year of fundamental. The Ministry warned that any offender will be punished severely according to the regulations and laws of the Republic, recalling that the law provides for a fine of 50,000 Gourdes against school principals guilty of complicity or violation of the law.

PNH : reminder to road users

The PNH recalls that any disobedience to an injunction of a traffic officer, any disrespectful expression, any lack of respect towards this agent in the performance of his duties may lead to the accompaniment of the violator in the service of the traffic from where the agent in is duty, will be punished, in accordance with the provisions of article 279. In case of resistance, the author will be brought before the competent court for offense of rebellion. Towards the inclusion of women with disabilities
