Jacmel: A first in the educational universe

Friday took place the inauguration of two experimental science laboratories, respectively at Pinchinat high school and Célie-Lamour, by Deputy Kétel Jean Philippe. The ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Jacmel, Marky Kessa, teacher unions, students and members of the Civil Society of Jacmel. A project whose cost is around 2 million Gourdes, a first in the Haitian educational universe.

Monday, June 11, at the Congress of the Confederation of North Central America and Caribbean Football (CONCACAF) in Moscow, 3 days before the kick-off of the World Cup Football Russia 2018 (June 14 to July 15), the new CONCACAF "All of fame" will be launched. A vibrant tribute will be paid to Haiti and one of its former brilliant international Philippe Vorbe (1974), Ambassador of National Football since March 2016 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-17271-haiti-news-zapping-politics.html , which will be the first Haitian footballer to enter this new "All of fame".

The media library of Saint Louis du Nord comes out of the ground

Moïse at the G7

On Saturday, President Moïse participated in a working lunch with G7 leaders stating, "We have interested in the situation of the oceans, their use and protection in an increasingly polluted environment. We hope to adopt measures that will help protect these waters that are the world's heritage and the guardian of the future of humanity."

On the sidelines of the Summit, Moïse met with Rwandan Head of State Paul Kagame, with whom he discussed cooperation between two sister peoples separated by the oceans but united by strong ancestral ties.
