Deputy Benjamin Guerda drew the attention of President Moïse on a set of concerns of residents of the commune including the state of the road, support to farmers, activities at the border, the need for a maternity hospital, the electricity problem, the transport of schoolchildren, etc...

Welcomed by the Mayor of Savanette, Wisney Gaston and several hundred citizens, schoolchildren and members of local organizations, Moses first reviewed some of the concerns of citizens.

He promised 1 bus for schoolchildren and 1 vehicle for the police, before announcing a set of programs and projects to be implemented as soon as possible: "Kay Pam klere", the construction of 24.5 km of road, in addition 12 km to the border, bridges on some rivers, the establishment of a hospital for the community, the construction of a football field for young people, drinking water supply, a vocational school and Savanette's connection to Baptiste.
