OXFAM will publish its 2011 investigation report

On Friday, the NGO Oxfam International, announced "We'll publish our 2011 internal investigation into staff involved in sexual & other misconduct in Haiti as soon as possible, after taking steps to prevent witnesses being identified. The names of the men involved have already been shared with the authorities in Haiti." An independent commission will be established and will have immediate authority to conduct a general review of Oxfam's internal practices and culture, including the treatment of past cases of misconduct. Oxfam is also announcing a comprehensive action plan to strengthen its prevention and protection mechanisms throughout the organization and eradicate abuses.
