330 people killed by bullets

Officials of the National Episcopal Commission Justice and Peace (CE-JILAP) claim to have recorded 418 deaths, including 330 by bullets during the year 2017 in the Port-au-Prince metropolitan area alone. Among the victims are 15 police officers.

Constitutional Consultations
