Haiti - FLASH : Earthquake in the North West

The Technical Unit of Seismology (UTS) of the Bureau of Mines and Energy (BME), reports that an earthquake of magnitude 3.2 on the Richter scale occurred Friday, December 22 at 1:17 pm and 7 seconds.

The epicenter was located on land, in the North West Department, 8.5km north-east of Baie de Henne, 13.6km southeast of Jean Rabel and 15.5km northeast of Bombardopolis.

No damage has been reported by the authorities.

Let's recall that Tuesday, December 13, a magnitude 3.6 earthquake on the Richter scale was recorded at Petit-Goâve; Tuesday, December 19, a magnitude 3.8 earthquake on the Richter scale occurred at the border...
