The former President Jean-Claude Duvalier this Tuesday has visited the grave of his grandparents, has laid flowers, at Léogâne where he was cheered by an enthusiastic crowd [estimated according to the testimony of several hundred to several thousand persons]. The crowd was consisting of young people and adults that have gathered in front of the little chapel, Sainte-Rose, to try to see the former President.

He also visited the Centre d’Étude Simone Ovide Duvalier (CESOD) which bears the name of his mother. This morning, former President visited the cemetery of Port-au-Prince, on the grave [vandalized the February 7, 1986] of his father, François Duvalier.
