Paul Antoine Bien-Aimé, the Haitian Minister of Interior has confirmed today that the passport asked by the former President Aristide is ready and will be "officially handed over to his lawyer". Everything suggests that the lawyer of Mr. Aristide could be in Port-au-Prince today, to take possession of the document "Administratively, on the Haitian side, there is no obstacle to the return of President Aristide" has indicated the Minister of the Interior.
