Following the announcement in early November by Meniol Jeune, the Director General of the Ministry of National Education of the taking of sanctions against the perpetrators of fraud during the organization of State exams of Bac for the year 2017 and beneficiaries, the Ministry of Education has made available this week the list of candidates and fraudulent institutions.

For frauds such as: takeoff of photo, use of the phone during the passing of the tests, falsification of names and order numbers, introduction of copy in the examination rooms etc... the guilty students were sanctioned by a prohibition of participation for two years in official exams.

This fraud consists of a student who has obtained an average of less than 5, in a school to be admitted to a higher class in another school with an average greater than 5 for the same school year 2014 - 2015. The students involved will be obliged to resume classes for whom the average passage was not obtained if they wish to continue their studies until the end.

The schools concerned, depending on the seriousness of the fault, may have their terminal class prohibited and even the withdrawal of their operating license. He pointed out that the measures against the fraudulent school principals, go from the suspension in the activities of the new state examinations, through the request for a quarterly report on the regular operation of their establishment, until the closing of their philo class for a period of two years from September 2018.
