The Office of Human Rights in Haiti (BDHH), launches the 3rd Edition 2017/2018 of the Argument Contest on human rights, open to graduating students in Law.

Students have until December 20, 2017 to send a 3-page text on "State Responsibility for Deaths in Prison".

The pre-selected participants will be invited to the oratorical contests which will take place during the months of January and February 2018
