Mr. Robert Joseph, Director General of Taxes (DGI) has inaugurated last Friday the new premises of the Large taxpayers Directorate (Direction des Grands Contribuables DGC) on the road of Canapé Vert in Port-au-Prince.

"This newly constructed building, will provide an opportunity for employees of the DGI to put en end, on the difficult conditions under which they worked since earthquake of January 2010, following the destruction of the offices of this institution" said Mr. Lafalaise, the Secretary of State for Finance.

"This new building is part of the action plan of the DGI, to relocate in a comfortable and well equipped spaces, the offices of the institution" said the Director General who stressed that this premises will allow taxpayers who participate for 75% of the Treasury "to have a service of quality."
