Haiti - NOTICE : New measures for all road carriers
The Ministry of the Environment informs truck carriers in particular and the general public, that from Monday 2 October 2017, all heavy vehicles intended for the carriage of goods of any kind, and in particular transporters of building materials, must be provided with a tarpaulin to protect the goods transported against the weather, protect the roadway and preserve the environment in which evolves the population.
Formal instructions will be given to the various services concerned so that trucks that are not equipped with the tarp are prohibited from circulating.
