On the other hand, Jean Louis Barras, a member of the collective, said that further complaints will be filed against people close to the government, accused of conspiracy.

Me Jean Renel Senatus, lawyer for the Collective, requires that the President of the CEP, Gaillot Dorsainvil and the Director General Pierre Louis Opont answers the questions of the justice in connection with the matter, saying that members of the collective are victims of scam, fraud orchestrated by the electoral councilors during the first round of elections.

The coordinator of the collective, Warner Cadet accuses the president of the CEP and its Director General to have sponsored the electoral frauds. According to him, these officials are likely sentences ranging from 6 months to 3 years of imprisonment under articles 146.2 and the 199 of the Electoral law.
