Haiti - Tourism : Haiti attends the Caribbean Tourism Week
On the sidelines of the Caribbean Tourism Week of the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), which ended on Saturday in New York, the Ministry of Tourism also represented Haiti on Thursday at the Caribbean Media Market Place. Through its kiosk, the Ministry's team has presented the gastronomy and tourist attractions of Haiti to a public composed of journalists specialized in tourism, travel and leisure based in the United States and other countries of the Caribbean.

The members of the Haitian delegation led by the Director General, Andy Durosier, composed of Godson Lubrun of the Department of Communication of the Ministry and Mrs. Carine Beauvoir of the Cabinet of Minister Menos, joined by the team of the Consulate of Haiti In New York led by the Consul General, Peter Helder Bernard held many fruitful exchanges during this week dedicated to tourism, focusing on targeted topics for the development of tourism in the region.

The Haitian delegation, in addition to the statuary sessions, also participated in the conference on marketing of tourist destinations and on the new trends in the Caribbean tourism market.
