Mr Thierry Gardère, a founding member and former President of ADIH, was a pillar of the private sector and a great patron of Haitian cultural activities. He represented the 4th generation of Rhum Barbancourt company which is the oldest agro-industrial company in the country (more than 150 years) and the largest producer of rum. We present our sincere condolences to his family, the business and cultural sectors," wrote in a note Georges B. Sassine, President of the ADIH.
