Monday morning at the National Palace, Prime Minister Enex Jean-Charles, in his capacity as President of the Superior Council of the National Police (CSPN), in the presence of the de facto President Jocelerme Privert and his private Cabinet, Ministers Camille Jr. Edouard (Justice), François Anick Joseph (Interior), Jacques Evelt Eveillard (Public Works), of Secretary of State for Public Security, Himler Rébu, the Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Michel-Ange Gédéon, the Security Advisor to the President, Aramick Louis and the Director General of the Electricity of Haiti (EDH), Garry Valdemar; held a special session to assess the incidents that followed the end of the voting process and to avoid the recurrence of new unfortunate incidents likely to jeopardize the achievements of this crucial day for Haiti.
