We are told that some police officers and representatives have not found their names on the voters' lists of the Voting Centres where they are assigned, yet police officers and representatives must be able to vote.

Several voting centers are still not open or have suffered delays in the start of operations due to the absence of representatives...

At Fort Liberté the vote began at the voting center Lycée Paul Eugene Magloire, as well as at Gonaïves to the voting centre of Savane Christ.

At 7:00 am, at the voting center of the Petion-ville High School, there was already a long line of voters waiting to vote.

We are told that access to the voting center of Delmas 75 was forbidden to a representative because of his short pants !!

At 7:00 am the voting centre Sylvio Cator in Port-au-Prince was not yet ready, the count of the ballots had barely begun !!

FLASH the "Building 2004" voting center was transferred to the Dadadou sports center, which has 35 polling stations, with low attendance.
