Haiti - Social : Commemoration of the 213 years of the Battle of Vertières
This Friday, 18 November, de facto President of the Republic, Jocelerme Privert, accompanied by Prime Minister Enex Jean-Charles, members of the government and representatives of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps, deposited a floral offering at the National Pantheon Museum (MUPANAH) to honor our heroes of the Fatherland, on the occasion of the Commemoration of the 213 years of the Battle of Vertières.
Before receiving the military honors, the Head of State took the opportunity to make a guided visit in the various exhibitions reflecting the historical steps that led to the epic of 1804.
The solemn ceremony was followed by a military parade of the marching band of the Palais National in the Champs de Mars.
