The Citizen Francklin Lafleur, is appointed Vice-Delegate of the Arrondissement of Miragoâne;

The Citizen Pierre Sterlin Saint-Cyr, is appointed Vice-Delegate of the Arrondissement de l'Archaie;

The Citizen Benoît Ulysse, is appointed Secretary-General of the Nippes delegation;

Moreover, in the commune of Miragoâne, the area commonly known as "Berquin", located at the intersection of the national road No. 2 and the place called "Morne Préval" were declared of public utility by decree.
