Haiti - Education : Laureates of the Primature's Fellowship Program

As part of the Excellence Scholarship Program initiated by Prime Minister Enex Jean-Charles in agreement with the Ministry of National Education on 24 August 2016 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18431-haiti-education-excellence-scholarships-program-of-the-primature.html , Marides Ménager Alexandre, the Secretary General of the Primature, had an important meeting with the 13 national laureates and 10 departmental laureates around the unfolding of the awards ceremony to be held at the Primature Monday 14 November.

Recall that this Excellence Scholarship Program is intended to fund undergraduate university studies in favor of laureates from the official baccalaureate examinations. It has two main objectives : promote academic and academic excellence among young people and to offer the brightest students the opportunity to access to the University at the expense of the Haitian State.

The Primature will make available to the beneficiaries the necessary funding to cover the tuition fees of the university program as well as subsistence expenses, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in a Memorandum of Understanding for this purpose.
