Security meeting at the Palace

Electoral Security Agents are ready

Saturday, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) closed at the Police Academy, the training sessions https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18641-haiti-news-zapping-politics.html designed for the 1,517 electoral security agents (on the 6,000 planned). Marie France Joachim, the Secretary General of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) took part in a tour of electoral awareness in the South on the participation of women in the next elections.

Civil society calls people to vote in large numbers

About twenty members of civil society in a joint statement called on the population to vote in large numbers in the elections of 9 October. This statement pleads for credible, honest and democratic elections in the country. Furthermore, the signatories invited the candidates to demonstrate responsibility.
