Learn more about kyokushin :

Unlike other styles of karate, the kyokushin generally does not permit the wearing of protection in combat. The blows are worn with maximum force. It is not permissible to strike with the hands in the head of the opponent, however the kicks and knee are allowed and some are of great power. This style of karate was founded by Master Choi Yeoung-eui, which gave it the name of kyokushinkai, which in Japanese means "school of the ultimate truth".
