Monday a sit-in was organized outside the offices of the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes CSC/CA, at the initiative of the National Federation of Judges (FENAM) to denounce the disbursement by the Executive, for back to school, of an envelope of 350 million gourdes, as anonymous gift vouchers, entrusted to the Departmental Delegates in charge of making the distribution.

Jude Edouard Pierre, President of the FENAM also mayor of Carrefour, said that the funds would come from development funds of local governments. He vigorously denounced "a diversion act in a difficult economic environment for all communes of the country."
