Haiti - WEATHER : Alert, a tropical wave will hit Haiti
The activities of convective cells that accompany a Tropical wave associated with a low pressure center, located north of the Caribbean Arc could reach Haiti this Thursday, August 25, 2016.
According to weather forecasts, the low pressure system is likely to locally cause thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds across all departments of Haiti during the day and evening of Thursday.
The Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities calls the population, particularly the inhabitants of risk areas to be vigilant against the risks of landslides, rockfalls and floods.
