As part of the Women's Championship U15 CONCACAF (August 9 to 21), our young Grenadières the U15 women's national team of Haiti, who have left the country on Sunday to Orlando (Florida), will face Tuesday 9 August during the opening match Mexico.

The coach Shek Borkowski declared "This is going to be a whole new experience for the players, not just on the football field but also developing procedures and habits related to international competitions [...] We are not putting any pressure on them [...] this tournament aims to get them to learn the game, very early in their careers."

Haiti will be up against Mexico and the US which are known powerhouses in women’s football.

"[...] they are players are inexperienced, are still learning and playing for the first time so while Mexico and the United States have more resources than us, we won't fear them [...] we have some good players [...] so I will count on them in at this level. Again, we will be using this competition as a learning experience and one which we as coaches can evaluate for the future."
