As I suggested to you since the inauguration of this Council, I inform you,by this, of my decision to resign as Executive Director of the Provisional Electoral Council I have held since the month of January 2014.

This decision takes effect on receipt of this.

While thanking you for your cooperation, I asks you to accept, Mr. President, the assurances of my highest consideration.
