Wednesday, May 11 at the Hotel Royal Oasis, the Miss Haiti Committee will launch the 4th edition of Miss Haiti 2016 and will announce the guidelines for registration.

Note that this year, registrations will be done in 4 cites of the country : Port-au-Prince, Cap Haitien, Les Cayes and Jacmel and on internet for young Haitian living abroad. Applications are open for the young Haitian women 18 to 26 years, unmarried and without children who have completed their Bac 2. Interested are required to have a valid Haitian passport, have a certificate of good conduct, a parental consent if is a minor at the time of registration.

20 candidates will be selected for the first round. After shooting and test, 15 candidates will have the opportunity to continue in the competition after training and pre-qualifiers broadcasts, 10 finalists will be selected for the final.

The 10 finalists will compete in the final for the tiles of 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st runner, Miss Haiti International and Miss Haiti World. Both Miss will represent Haiti during the year to Miss World and to Miss International and other international beauty pageants.
