Haiti - Politic : The nominations continue

3 days after 15 nominations in the public administration https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-17126-haiti-politic-rain-of-nominations-in-the-public-administration.html (1 Minister, 1 Secretary General, 11 Directors General, 1 Chief of Staff and 1 Secretary General at the Primature) the Transitional Government, in a new decree published in the official newspaper "Le Moniteur" No. 71 dated April 18 2016, announced 5 new appointments (1 Secretary of State and 4 Director Generals)

David Genesté, former deputy of the constituency Cayes/Ile-à-Vache, is appointed Secretary of State for Vocational Training, he replaces to this position Marina Gourgue;

Lucien Francoeur, former Secretary General of the Primature under the Martelly-Lamothe administration is appointed Director General of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES), where he replaces Léon Ronsard St Cyr;

Patrick Norman, a former consultant to the World Bank, was appointed Director General of Bureau of Monetization of Development Aid Programs (BMPAD), in succession to Eustache Saint-Lot;

Serge Philippe Pierre, PhD in communication, was appointed Deputy Director General of BMPAD;

Ms. Carmithe Israna Germain, which ensured the leadership of the Office of the National Program of hill lakes (PNLC), is appointed Deputy Director General of the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES).
