In a letter addressed to Prime Minister Evans Paul, referring to the meeting of Council of Ministers of Monday 15 February, the President a.i. Jocelerme Privert recalls the obligation on members of the government, to limit their administrative measures necessary for the uninterrupted operation of the service public.

"The Head of State asks the Member of the Government, the Directors-General of the decentralized directorates and autonomous bodies, as well as interim leaders of the local authorities to postpone until the inauguration of the next government :

1 - To the appointments and installations of new officials and employees in the public administration;

2 - To non-current expenditure and non-essential;

3- In contracting engaging the political line, economic and social of the future Government."
