Haiti - Economy : The CCIO, overwhelmed by the record of demonstrations
Saturday, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry West (CCIO), said it was overwhelmed by the record of the demonstration of Friday 22 particularly in Petion-ville and vigorously denounced the violence who have caused the loss of human life and the destruction of property.
The CCIO recognizes the right of demonstration and mobilization enabling people to assert their positions and grievances but always peacefully and in the respect for people and property, as prescribed by law.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry West is appalled by these same occurrences, that also hit other departments and extends its sympathies to their populations.
