Haiti - Social : The First Lady makes happy in La Croix

On Christmas Eve, the First Lady Sophia Martelly, accompanied by his children Olivier, Sandro, Yani, and Malaika as well as the Departmental Delegate Southeast, Pierre Michel Lafontant, went to La Croix, a locality in the commune of Jacmel, where she distributed in an atmosphere charged with emotion, toys to more than a thousand children from different localities including Terre Rouge, Bellevue, Kay Collin, Corail... he amazed children, enjoyed this time spent with the First Lady who shared with them their joy, but also her affection.

"For about 23 years, I give myself this habit to be with the most vulnerable to celebrate Christmas with them. It's a way for me to live this important date with the children but also remember to mine the importance of the spirit of sharing. That is why my children are always with me during all my distribution sessions," explainded Sophia Martelly.

The Christmas 2015, placed under the sign of sharing, harmony, concord andconviviality by the presidential couple, is an opportunity for the Head of State, his wife and their children, to witness the love to their compatriots both from the capital and the most remote areas of the country.
