The candidates elected in the second round are for the Artibonite, Carl Murat Cantave (KID), for the Nippes Nenel Cassy (Fanmi Lavalas) and Francenet Denius (VERITE), for North East Ronald Lareche (VERITE) and Jacques Sauveur Jean (PHTK), for the North West, Onondieu Louis (KID) and Evaliliere Beauplan (PONT), for West, Antonio Cheramy (VERITE), for the South Jean-Marie Junior Salomon (OPL) and Richard Lenine Herve Fourcand (PHTK) and for the South East Dieupie Cherubin (KID) and Ricard Pierre (Pitit Dessalines).
