Friday and Saturday in the metropolitan area, responding to the call of the opposition parties "Pitit Desalin" of the "National Movement for the Organization of the Country" (MONOP) and the National Front of the G8 Candidates... thousands of people took to the streets for the umpteenth time, to further seek the establishment of an independent verification commission on the electyions of October 25, the dismissal of the CEP and the departure of the executive among other things...

Saturday at the call of Fanmi Lavalas took place a large peaceful demonstration to denounce the fraud and irregularities in recent elections around the slogan "Koudeta elektoral pap passé nan peyi a".

Jovenel Moïse, presidential candidate of PHTK described the organizers of demonstrations of "those who want to destroy the country."

Jacseus Joseph would have evidence ?

The Electoral Adviser of CEP, Jacceus Joseph, representing the human rights sector, said on a radio station in the capital that he holds "the evidence of non-respect of the popular vote when checking at the Votes Tabulation Center by the Office of the National Electoral Disputes," joining the group of accusers who claims to have evidence, without never put them in the hands of the competent authorities...

NOTICE for temporary staff

The Provisional Electoral Council informes the members of the temporary staff, that the payment of members of polling stations (MBV) having worked in the election on 25 October, will take place from 18 to 20 December. The Council invites the persons concerned to contact in the best time, officials of BEC and supervisors whose thier voting Centre and polling stations fall, to inquire about the date and place of payment. When demand their salary, they must be equipped with the ID they used when signing their employment contract.

For other categories of temporary staff: CTV operators and call centers, ASE, Electoral Registration Officers and supervisors, the files are being processed and payment will be made by bank transfer and announced shortly.
