On Friday, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) has published the list for the West Department, of members of polling stations, representatives and observers concerned by all incriminating minutes, during the elections of October 25 : List for West Department : List 9 other departments : https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-15878-haiti-flash-pvs-excluded-list-of-all-suspects.html The CEP informs that it will take all measures so that those responsible for these infractions are prosecuted and punished for violation of the Electoral Decree, pursuant to sections 211 and 211.1 Note that the names of persons released by the CEP, are presumed innocent until a court decides otherwise.
