Haiti - FLASH : PVs excluded, list of all suspects
The Provisional Electoral Council, following up on the Minutes (PVs) sidelined by the Votes Tabulation Centre (CTV) was able to establish a list of members of polling stations, representatives and observers concerned by all incriminating minutes.
The CEP specifies that the authors and accomplices of these irregularities / fraud will be prosecuted and punished for violation of the Electoral Decree.
The CEP informs that it will take all measures so that those responsible for these infractions are prosecuted and punished for violation of the Electoral Decree, pursuant to sections 211 and 211.1
Note that the names of persons released by the CEP, are presumed innocent until a court decides otherwise.
