Haiti - Diplomacy : Paris attacks, message by Prime Minister Paul

In an official note, the Prime Minister Evans Paul expressed "the pain of the Haitian Government, following the heinous attacks in Paris, France, on the evening of Friday, November 13, leaving more than 120 dead and hundreds injured" [the latest report dated November 15 reported 129 victims, 352 wounded including more than 80 in a very critical state].

"In these times of great suffering for the French people, the Government of the Republic of Haiti expresses its full solidarity with the Government of France, and extends its condolences to their Excellencies, Mr. Francois Hollande and Manuel Valls respectively President and Prime Minister of France.

The Government of the Republic of Haiti is revolted, and rigorously condemns this horrific act of terrorist organizations that are a scourge to humanity as a whole.

Prime Minister Evans Paul, calls for vigilance and international cooperation for safeguarding the values of the right to life, the serenity and the promotion of universal living together."
